Welcome to SoniqTools (soniqtools.com). These terms are short and written in plain English. By using this site, you agree to them.

1. What SoniqTools is

SoniqTools is a collection of free audio tools that run fully in your web browser. There are no accounts, no fees, and no uploads. Your files are processed locally on your own device.

2. Use at your own risk

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise they are free of bugs, or that results such as quality analyses or conversions are perfect. Always keep a copy of your original files.

3. Your files, your responsibility

You keep all rights to the files you process with SoniqTools. We never receive them, so we could not claim anything even if we wanted to. In return, you must make sure you have the right to use and change the audio you process. Do not use the tools to break copyright law.

4. Fair use of the site

Please do not abuse the service: do not try to disrupt the site, do not copy it wholesale, and do not resell the tools as your own. Linking to SoniqTools is always welcome.

5. Our content

The design, text, and code of this site are © SoniqTools. The open source libraries the tools use keep their own licenses.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoniqTools is not liable for any damages that come from using this site, including lost data or files damaged during processing. (This is one more reason to keep your originals.)

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and it will change before new terms take effect.
