Reporting a bug?
These three details help me fix things much faster:
- Which tool you were using (for example the Audio Converter or the Quality Analyzer)
- Your browser and device (for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone)
- The file type you were working with (for example a 24-bit FLAC or an MP3). Please do not send me private files unless I ask.
